There is no standard way to find a spam trap. We maintain a set of spam trap addresses based on machine learning.

Can Unknown email addresses be re-verified?
Yes, Unknown emails can be re-verified after an hour and we don't charge credits for unknown results. You should download the unknown ids in a separate sheet and upload the same to verify. Credits will not be charged for those email ids which are still under unknown status.

Are credits deducted to determine duplicates?
The duplicate addresses are not chargeable which is in the same list but credits will be charged for duplicate email addresses which are present across multiple lists.

How does the Lead Finder work?
Lead finder works globally. The main functionality of it is to work based on keywords that you are looking for. Though we are identifying the leads from multiple sources, the number of leads depends on location and their online presence. The lead finder can help you get email address, phone number and website details of the lead as long as the details are publicly available.

Is it safe to send emails to Catch-all email addresses?
The status of catchall emails cannot be determined also, the chances of getting delivered to an actual person is a doubt. In case, you are sure about the domain that is categorized as a catchall, you can try contacting those emails too. Even if there are bounces, it would be a soft bounce and would not have an impact on your reputation. It is always advisable to keep a close eye on bounce rates. If the bounce rate is less than 3% then it is safe to send emails to the catch-all domains.

Is there a way to see details of the contacts without having to download the list when using an Integration?
Select option 3 which removes the duplicates and then you can apply the filter to have the list according to the "status" you require.

No, per account we can assign only one API token. In case you want multiple tokens you have to create accounts as per your choice.

Both Integration and API serve two different purposes. With API you will be able to do real-time validation of email addresses submitted by your customers on your website, lead or form page, etc. Integration, on the other hand, help you to validate your stored database in your CRM or ESP platform (Email Service Provider) immediately before using the data for a campaign without downloading.

I have set up Zapier integrations with Sendy. Is it not possible for me to trigger actions when an email address fails verification?
You can use Zapier to connect your CRM (new subscriber trigger) -> Clearout (verify action) -> Sendy (new/update action)
